Serving: Young whites 9-11 °C; evolved Fiano and Greco 11-13 °C; Piedirosso 14-16 °C; Aglianico and Taurasi 16-18 °C
Glass: Medium tulip-shaped glass for Falanghina and volcanic whites; large glass for Fiano, Greco and great Aglianico reds.
