Serving: Whites 8–12 °C; reds 15–18 °C; Vernaccia di Oristano 12–14 °C
Glass: Medium tulip-shaped glass for whites; a moderately sized balloon glass for Cannonau and Carignano; a small meditation-wine glass for Vernaccia and Malvasia.
Decanting: Structured Cannonau and Carignano: 30–60 minutes. For young wines, simply opening the bottle shortly before serving is often enough.
