Serving: Franciacorta 8-10 °C; Lugana 9-12 °C; Valtellina Superiore 16-18 °C; Sforzato 17-18 °C
Glass: Tulip-shaped glass for Franciacorta, medium white-wine glass for Lugana, large red-wine glass for Valtellina and Sforzato.
Decanting: Not necessary for whites and sparkling wines. For mature Valtellina Superiore and Sforzato, 20–40 minutes in a decanter can be beneficial.
