Arrocco is an Albana DOCG Passito produced by Zerbina in Emilia-Romagna, vintage 2009, made from 100% Albana grapes. It shows an intense golden color, typical of great passiti wines, with aromas of ripe fruit, honey, and raisined notes. On the palate it is rich, enveloping and persistent, with that characteristic balance between sweetness and acidity that distinguishes Albana Passito. A meditation wine, perfect paired with blue cheese or dry pastries.
