A Reserva born in the heart of Priorat, a land of slate soils and heroic old vines, crafted from Garnacha and Cariñena, the signature grapes of this Spanish appellation. Vintage 2016 from Acústic Celler. In the glass it shows a deep, intense red hue, while the nose reveals ripe dark fruit, spice and earthy nuances typical of the terroir. On the palate it is structured and full-bodied, with firm tannins well integrated thanks to its Reserva classification. A perfect match for hearty red meats, braised dishes or aged cheeses.
