Auditori is a red wine crafted by Acústic Celler under the D.O. Montsant appellation, produced organically, from the 2016 vintage. It is made from Garnacha and Cariñena grapes, varieties deeply rooted in this Catalan region bordering Priorat. The wine shows an intense red color, with aromas of dark fruit and spicy notes typical of these Mediterranean grapes. On the palate it is balanced and structured, with genuine character. It pairs beautifully with red meats, grilled dishes, or aged cheeses.
